For over three decades I have immersed myself in cultural and creative community development, working and studying in Australia and internationally. Most recently I worked with Regional Arts WA and introduced a network of hubs and a leadership development framework to promote and build regional community capacity.
Over four years I supported more than 50 emerging leaders in the Goldfields, Kimberley, South West and Perth regions of WA to unlock their potential and bring creative projects to fruition. Joining my husband in our coaching and consulting business in mid 2019, I now work with people from a range of sectors across Australia.
Emanating from a long line of farmers, my formative years were spent growing up on a farm on the east coast of Aotearoa, New Zealand’s South Island. I organically farmed our own small holding for seven years before permanently moving to Australia. In 2020, I circled back to my roots and reconnected with the social soil of an agrarian life. I am a committed advocate for regenerating the planet’s life support system and I love to work with people who are passionate about growing healthy food and healthy communities.
I love learning and have undergraduate degrees in politics & public policy and sustainability & community development and a post graduate certificate in regenerative agriculture. I also have a Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing and I am training to be a Holistic Management educator. I qualified as a coach in 2020 and I draw on ontology (being) and positive psychology (behaviour) to support my clients create teams of people who are courageous and confident and want to make a local difference that has a global impact.
I am a co-director of the Institute of Regenerative Leadership and Be Exceptional Consulting and Coaching.
